Snoopy fans must visit! The Snoopy Museum Tokyo in Machida, Tokyo has reopened after renovations, with more permanent exhibits and photo spots, all refreshed!
There is a new photo spot at the entrance of the Snoopy Museum, where Snoopy with a big mouth is welcoming visitors. Once you enter the museum, you will see cloud-shaped mirrors on the ceiling!
The museum also brings a newly built permanent exhibition room “Snoopy Wonder Room”, which collects a large number of items donated by Snoopy fans from all over the world, such as Snoopy plush toys of different sizes and expressions, tableware, stationery, etc., while the “Snoopy Room” adds light and sound effects, showcasing a giant 8-meter long Snoopy!
Upon the reopening of the Snoopy Museum, a new exhibition titled “Traveling Peanuts” is also being showcased, featuring approximately 45 works depicting the fun adventures of Snoopy and the Peanuts gang. Visitors can also admire the precious original paintings collected by the Schulz Museum! In addition, there is a permanent exhibition called “Peanut Gang Gallery” that focuses on introducing the adorable characters from the Peanuts comics, along with displaying reproductions of original paintings, antique merchandise, lantern slides, and more.
While visiting the exhibition, be sure to check out “Brown’s Store” for peripheral products. The store has added 165 original items, definitely a must-visit for fans!
In addition, the Peanuts Café next to the museum has been renovated and now has added terrace seating, allowing guests to enjoy the view of the Snoopy Museum while dining! The café also offers a menu inspired by the “Traveling Peanuts” exhibition, including strawberry cream crepes, Mexican corn tortillas, and more, all of which are both exquisite and Instagrammable.
