Indulge in a range of exquisite dishes that blend Peruvian and Japanese flavors, featuring highlights such as octopus and fresh scallops, spicy salmon sashimi, grilled salmon, tender and juicy Argentine Angus sirloin, and flame-grilled octopus.

The Mother’s Day brunch also offers Peruvian-style crispy purple sweet potato fries and a refreshing and delicious avocado salad, ending the lavish Mother’s Day brunch feast with a selection of desserts. The non-alcoholic free-flow package for Mamacita brunch is only HK$599, allowing unlimited enjoyment of a variety of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages and juices, with three different alcoholic free-flow packages also available. Mamacita brunch is available on May 12th only, with DJ music provided on-site to create a different atmosphere.

Morton’s The Steakhouse is offering a Mother’s Day special two-course set menu (HK$728) from May 10th to 12th, featuring premium Japanese Wagyu beef with lobster tail, along with a special Mother’s Day cocktail! The meal starts with a Caesar salad or the classic Morton’s signature iceberg lettuce salad, each bite is fresh and delicious. For the main course, enjoy the tender 4-ounce Japanese A5 Wagyu filet mignon, with melt-in-your-mouth fat, paired with succulent deep-sea lobster tail.

For an additional HK$98, you can add a popular dessert, including a generous portion of carrot cake that emits a natural sweetness after baking, paired with a rich cream cheese frosting on top, making it unforgettable, or you can choose the signature Morton’s classic baked warm heart chocolate cake, adding sweetness to the warm Mother’s Day feast. CulinArt 1862 in Causeway Bay launches a Mother’s Day dinner sharing menu on May 11-12, featuring an unlimited supply of appetizer “Stracciatella Cheese with Peaches”, using “Hong Kong Original Honey” lychee honey to enhance the elegant aroma of the cheese.

The evening market sharing menu also includes unlimited servings of various appetizers, such as “Charcoal-Grilled Western Australian Fremantle Octopus”, “Tuna Slices”, and a choice of two main courses, “French Baked Lobster with Rice” or “Australian Wagyu Red House Steak”, which are quite rich.

Brazilian-Japanese restaurant Uma Nota will launch a Mother’s Day brunch on May 12th (HK$420), created by the Brazilian sous chef based on his own childhood memories, including a variety of appetizers such as crab stick with spicy egg yolk avocado roll, Japanese-style mildly spicy sweet and sour fried chicken with sweet chili sauce, and Brazilian-style fried cassava cheese balls with sweet and spicy sauce.

Each person chooses a main course, including the special Gusmi grilled fish with green miso, served with cheese, oil-sealed cherry tomatoes, and Argentine green sauce; or the endlessly fresh Brazilian-style seafood rice, made with whole tiger prawns, octopus, and mussels, served with yuzu citrus hollandaise sauce cooked with Brazilian rice, allowing the grains to absorb the essence of seafood. As for dessert, taking inspiration from tiramisu, the Coconut Pavé is made by layering overlapping ladyfinger biscuits and condensed milk, sprinkled with refreshing tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, creating a delightful sweet and sour taste.

Each mother will receive a complimentary rose! The menu includes 24-month aged Parma ham with burrata cheese, Pizzetta, seasonal salads, and exquisite desserts.     Located in the heart of Wan Chai, flagship restaurant Pirata is launching a Mother’s Day brunch menu (HK$398), featuring a variety of selected appetizers including bagged cheese salad with Sicilian tomatoes, Italian seared tuna slices, simple baked layered eggplant, and Italian meatballs.

    For the main course, you can choose from a variety of classic Italian dishes such as red wine lamb ragu with pappardelle, white wine clam linguine, baked meat sauce lasagna, and after the meal, you can also enjoy exquisite desserts such as classic tiramisu, strawberry white chocolate mousse, or refreshing ricotta panna cotta.

    Don’t miss the sushi and sashimi platter, including the signature smoked taro sea urchin roll, and for an additional HK$70, you can enjoy unlimited fresh oysters. The three main courses include luxurious grilled lobster with Inaniwa udon, assorted vegetable tempura, and grilled miso Chilean sea bass.     JUNO Italian Restaurant in Sheung Wan will launch a “Six-course Mother’s Day Brunch Tasting Menu” on May 11 and 12 (HK$498 per person, minimum of two persons). The menu includes 4 appetizers for sharing, such as “Scallop Slices with Blood Orange Jelly,” using fresh and fragrant blood oranges to enhance the sweetness of the scallop sashimi, while “Duck Liver Pate with Black Truffle” is delicate in texture, served with homemade toast, as well as “48-month Iberico Ham with Rosemary Bread” and “Chickpea Puree with Pita Bread.”

    Central Chinese restaurant “Tang Shu Chinesology” will launch a limited-time menu “The World Says. Zhenxin” from May 4th to 12th (HK$1,180 per person for lunch / HK$1,488 per person for dinner, minimum of four people). Both menus start with the exquisite “Squid Rose”, using beetroot to dress up the tender squid in a new and colorful outfit, and then skillfully shaping it into a rose.

    The lunch menu also includes a trio of snacks, including “Yellow Wine Chicken Xiao Long Bao,” “Sakura Shrimp Dumplings,” and “Chuan Xiong Shrimp Dumplings”; the seafood highlights of the main dishes are “Baked Lobster with Oil and Salt,” “Private Kitchen Braised Abalone with Boneless Chicken Feet,” “Crispy Pan-Fried Giant Grouper,” and “Dried Shrimp and Jade Ice Cooked Sea Cucumber”; there is also the “Rose-Scented Smoked Crispy Chicken,” filled with crispy layers.
