Vive Cake Boutique, a cake boutique, has opened a limited-time store in Prince’s Building, Central, with pink as the main theme, and has launched a new black sesame chiffon cake named after the new store address, “Prince Sesame.”
The cake with a fresh style is paired with black sesame filling, white chocolate black sesame crispy base, crispy black sesame, and mochi, with a rich and textured sesame flavor.
The tea lover’s choice includes the “Madame Grey” tea-infused series, with an Earl Grey tea cake in a tea-gray exterior, filled with a subtle tea aroma, a crispy biscuit base blended with white chocolate, and complemented by fresh figs. Additionally, there are the “Let’s Cha Cha” with Hong Kong-style milk tea flavor, “Mama-Macha!” combining matcha with raspberries and chewy mochi, the “Berry-licious” chiffon cake with a strawberry-flavored Mascarpone cheese outer layer, and the “Mom-believable” with layers of Malaysian D24 durian.
There are also 4 types of chiffon cakes available in individual packaging, including lemon, milk tea, strawberry, and Earl Grey. There is also a “Ferris Wheel” that combines the 4 flavors of chiffon cakes, making it convenient to share with friends!
